* Beef up how `qmk doctor` works.

* improve the `git submodule status` parsing. h/t @erovia

* Fix whitespace and imports

* yapf

* Add documentation for the new doctor functionality

* Replace type_unchanged() with str()

* remove unused modules

* Update lib/python/qmk/cli/doctor.py
